Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of hair-thin solid needles at specific points on the body to elicit a variety of complex physiological responses. The needles are sterile, stainless steel, single-use needles that are immediately disposed of in an approved biohazard container and are never re-used.

While a few patients may not feel anything during needling, it is typical to feel some sensations. Generally these sensations are mild and dissipate quickly.

Acupuncture stimulates our innate healing response through the central nervous system allowing the body and mind to function more efficiently.
